About the Role The Talent Executive plays a pivotal role in driving Kforce's success by connecting exceptional talent with outstanding career opportunities. This is a dynamic, relationship-driven position that combines recruiting expertise, business development, strategic consulting, and client partnership. You'll build and maintain relationships with candidates, consultants, clients, and colleagues while helping organizations solve critical hiring challenges. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building meaningful connections, and is motivated by creating successful outcomes for both clients and candidates. As a senior member of the team, you'll also have opportunities to mentor newer associates, share best practices, and help shape the success of those around you. What You'll Do Identify, attract, and engage top talent through networking, referrals, social media, job boards, market research, and direct outreach. Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process. Prepare and present qualified candidates, including compensation recommendations and market insights. Manage interview scheduling, candidate preparation, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities. Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate throughout the entire candidate experience. Client Development & Relationship Management Build new client relationships through networking, referrals, market research, and business development activities. Conduct client meetings to understand workforce needs and demonstrate the value of Kforce's solutions. Present staffing and workforce solutions tailored to client objectives. Manage partnerships throughout assignments while identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding service delivery and successful placements. Mentor and support newer team members through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing. Stay informed on recruiting trends, market conditions, and industry best practices. Drive continuous improvement by recommending creative sourcing, recruiting, and business development strategies. Foster strong relationships across candidates, clients, consultants, and internal teams. Why Kforce?
