Lead DevSecOps Engineer-ACWS

All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution.

DevSecOps Lead Summary: Lead DevSecOps operations, overseeing CI/CD pipelines, hosting coordination, security integration, patching, monitoring, and incident response across multiple environments.

Required Skills:

• 10 years in data architecture, data migration, and API integration, with experience in DoD procurement data standards.
• 7+ years of DevOps/DevSecOps engineering experience, including AWS, Kubernetes/EKS
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, automated security scanning, environment promotion controls, containerization, patching, and operational sustainment in secure enterprise environments
• Experience managing DevSecOps teams in enterprise environments
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline administration, release coordination, and environment alignment
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, vulnerability management, system monitoring, and operational incident response
• Experience supporting cloud environments, with knowledge of common platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Ability to coordinate across hosting and development teams
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and practical applications

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with AWS GovCloud, IL5/IL6 environments, Appian deployment processes, and RMF-aligned delivery in federal systems is highly desired
• CompTia Security+ certification

Responsibilities:

• Lead DevSecOps and platform operations across environments
• Manage CI/CD execution, release coordination, and environment alignment
• Oversee security integration, monitoring, patching, and incident response
• Coordinate with hosting, development, and infrastructure teams to sustain secure delivery

The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

DSA - Salary Pay Range

$155,000—$165,000 USD
