Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by applying your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in a supportive educational environment. This contract opportunity is for the 2026-2027 school year, providing services across a district-wide, K-12 caseload. The position will require working on-site—virtual supervision cannot be accommodated—so you’ll become an integral part of the school community as you deliver impactful behavior analytic services.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Washington BCBA license, or eligibility and willingness to obtain licensure prior to start
- Current fingerprint clearance through OSPI, or readiness to complete the process
- Proven experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for school-aged children
- Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to oversee and support Behavior Support Assistants (BSAs)
- Excellent communication to collaborate with educators, administrators, students, and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver district-wide behavioral analysis and intervention services for students in grades K-12
- Provide supervision and coaching for BSAs, fostering excellence in behavioral support practices
- Consult with teachers and multidisciplinary teams, designing and updating individualized behavior support plans
- Analyze data and adjust interventions to ensure student growth and progress
- Maintain thorough documentation to comply with district and state requirements

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $68.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
