Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. You will work closely with our clients to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, perform preventative maintenance, and complete system upgrades and retrofits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and performance issues
- Perform scheduled maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC equipment
- Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical connections
- Retrofit and upgrade existing HVAC systems to improve efficiency and performance
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician
- EPA Section 608 Certification
- HVAC-specific technical training or certification
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
