East Bay Post Acute is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our exceptional nursing team. If you are passionate about providing outstanding resident care in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you!

As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in helping our residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life while working alongside a caring team of healthcare professionals.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Take and document vital signs accurately
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper safety techniques
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies
• Promote a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members

Qualifications

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional resident care
