We’re looking for an Assistant Manager in Training who is driven, coachable, and ready to step into leadership with intention and energy. You’ll get additional hands‑on training from a current Assistant Manager who’s been a rockstar in the role, and you’ll have the full support of an invested leadership team who wants to see you thrive. What You’ll Get:

• 15.50/hr base pay + commissions while in training
• 16.50/hr base pay + commissions + monthly bonus opportunity once full role is assumed (estimated after 6 months but can be sooner depending on your training progression)
