Your Day-to-Day:
- Follow up on Zillow leads promptly and consistently
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations
- Guide clients through the home search and transaction process
- Host open houses and showcase listings
- Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals
- Stay sharp on local market trends and neighborhood knowledge
Requirements:
- Active Real Estate License (required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Previous sales experience (preferred, not required)
- Drive, discipline, and a desire to win
