What's Required:

• Current California licensure as LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW; BBS registration as AMFT, APCC, or ASW if accruing hours
• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a closely related field
• Minimum 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience over at least 104 calendar weeks
• Successful completion of California Law & Ethics and clinical licensing exams
• Mandatory Live Scan fingerprint-based background check
• Demonstrated commitment to supporting youth with a range of socio-emotional and behavioral needs in school settings

What You'll Do:

• Deliver ERMHS counseling and therapy to students identified via IEPs, ensuring best practices and compliance with district and state mandates
• Serve an itinerant caseload across diverse sites, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to support student well-being
• Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and contribute to IEP processes and meetings
• Provide crisis intervention, build rapport and trust with students, and develop data-driven counseling goals for student growth
• Promote a supportive school climate through professional guidance and consultation
