Responsibilities Follow a daily assigned route within your territory Prepare and install services such as: Attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, Gutter protection systems and Radiant heat barriers Complete all required service-related documentation Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces Operate a company vehicle safely Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions Perform duties in all weather conditions What You’ll Earn Pay of USD $20 to $22 hourly Paid training with opportunity for pay increases and promotions Opportunities for bonuses and performance rewards What We Offer Company vehicle and gas card Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with match + employee stock purchase plan Employee discounts, Tuition reimbursement & Dependent scholarship opportunities Paid training and certifications (we cover the costs!) Qualifications No Previous Pest Control Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro! High School Diploma or equivalent required Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid) Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments, and interact with our great customers We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws. What will my work environment be like?
