Our clinic fosters a collaborative atmosphere, allowing healthcare professionals to exchange ideas and best practices while developing individualized patient care plans tailored to specific needs.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and establish individualized treatment goals.Design and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating various therapeutic modalities and exercises tailored to each patient's conditions and recovery goals.Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure quality care, allowing for sufficient one-on-one interaction with each individual.Use cost-effective treatment methodologies that focus on enhancing motion and mobility while reducing reliance on medications.Provide education and instruction on lifestyle modifications, injury prevention, and the importance of physical wellness to promote long-term health.Continuously monitor patient progress, adapting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.Document all patient interactions and treatment metrics accurately using EMR systems, primarily WebPT, to ensure compliance and enhance patient care continuity.Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.Foster motivation and support patients throughout their recovery journey, celebrating milestones and improvements.Contribute to a positive clinic atmosphere that encourages teamwork and ongoing learning.Patient Population / Client FocusThe rehabilitation center serves a diverse patient population, including athletes recovering from sports-related injuries, individuals rehabilitating after surgeries, and those managing chronic pain or mobility limitations. Our focus is on delivering care that addresses the individual goals and needs of each client, thereby improving their overall physical abilities and quality of life.QualificationsA completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.An active and immaculate Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.Exceptional skills in various manual therapy techniques, complemented by a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.Demonstrated ability to create successful exercise programs tailored to individual patient goals.Proficient in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, for meticulous documentation and care coordination.Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.A record of successful patient outcomes, showcasing the ability to develop effective treatment plans and interventions.Familiarity with sports medicine methodologies and injury prevention strategies.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
