Inventory Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Inventory Attorney in Riverside, CA. The role involves supporting litigation functions, enhancing accuracy and efficiency, and coordinating workstreams within assigned torts. The attorney will maintain deadline controls and mentor paralegals to ensure high-quality deliverables. Duties Understand litigation requirements and translate them into operational activities. Maintain deadline controls and ensure escalation protocols are followed. Drive filing readiness by ensuring documentation supports timely decisions. Deliver a client experience based on trust and insight. Assist in coordinating tasks for paralegals and case managers. Oversee compliance with court rules and filing protocols. Manage post‑filing litigation requirements, including discovery and trial preparation. Collaborate to develop efficient procedures and improve workflows. Mentor and train legal support staff. Requirements Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Ability to engage clients with clarity and professionalism. Function effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Strong time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Work independently and collaborate with litigation teams. Strong understanding of federal and state litigation procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Education: JD required. Certifications: Admission to at least one U.S. state bar required. Experience with complex litigation preferred. Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred. Experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify.
