We are seeking an energetic and experienced Restaurant Area Director to lead multiple restaurant operations across the Oklahoma area. This leader will oversee daily performance, strengthen operational consistency, support restaurant leaders, and ensure each location delivers excellent food, service, cleanliness, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple restaurant locations within the Oklahoma area.

Coach, develop, and support General Managers and restaurant leadership teams.

Drive operational excellence, including food quality, speed of service, hospitality, cleanliness, and brand standards.

Monitor restaurant performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, staffing, and execution.

Lead regular restaurant visits and provide clear, actionable feedback to management teams.

Support hiring, training, retention, and leadership development across assigned locations.

Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, guest focus, and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, labor guidelines, and local regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven multi unit restaurant leadership experience, preferably in fast casual or high volume restaurant operations.

Strong ability to coach leaders, build teams, and improve operational performance.

Experience managing sales, labor, food cost, guest satisfaction, and restaurant level financial results.

Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision making skills.

High energy leadership style with the ability to inspire accountability and consistency.

Ability to travel within the Oklahoma area to support multiple restaurants.
