Base pay range $16.00/hr - $17.00/hr Overview: We are seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join a fast-paced support team that handles inbound maintenance calls from franchisees, store managers, and vendors. This is anon-technical role focused on documenting and routing incoming issues to the appropriate teams. If you have strong communication skills, are computer-savvy, and enjoy helping others, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing organization.
