Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN
Trinity Rehab | Lumberton, NC
Trinity Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated team in a skilled nursing and assisted living setting in Lumberton, North Carolina.
Located in a quiet residential area just outside of Lumberton, this beautiful 72-bed community includes:
- 52 Skilled Nursing beds
- 20 Assisted Living beds
- 10 short-term rehab suites , each with private bathrooms
Our residents benefit from personalized, high-quality care in a welcoming, supportive environment.
We offer a state-of-the-art therapy gym designed to support comprehensive rehabilitation services, including:
- Spacious treatment area
- Two treatment mat tables
- Parallel bars
- Nautilus strength equipment
- NuStep system
- Fully equipped ADL kitchen
- Full bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub
Our team is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes through collaborative, patient-centered care.
