Join Our Team as a Generalist OB/GYN

Our organization, a leading multi-specialty medical group situated just north of Sacramento, is on the lookout for a Generalist OB/GYN to become part of our dynamic team. Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible

Practice Highlights

• Flexible clinic hours with a standard 4.5-day work week (alternative schedules like 4x10s are available).
• Average daily patient volume of approximately 25, with the option to increase based on personal preference.
• Efficient scheduling templates (15/30 or 10/20 minute appointments).
• Current practice composition: 60% obstetrics and 40% gynecology.
• A collaborative team of 6 seasoned OB/GYNs and 2 advanced practice providers (Nurse Practitioners).
• Mid-level providers assist with C-sections and may attend deliveries upon patient request.

Surgical & Delivery Support

• Deliveries are conducted at a nearby hospital.
• Gynecological surgeries and procedures take place at Sutter Surgical Hospital.
• Access to a fully supported Da Vinci robotic system.
• Consistent block operating room time with minimal scheduling obstacles.
• Strong delivery volume.

Call Schedule

• Call rotation is 1:6, evenly shared among physicians.
• Weekend call covers Friday through Sunday (typically includes both OB and GYN patients).
• Weekday call responsibilities rotate among providers, ensuring fair distribution.
• During call periods, physicians generally continue to see patients in the clinic, with the flexibility to adjust hours or take a post-call day off if necessary.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive income guarantee for up to 2 years, transitioning to a production-based model.
• Sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.
• Relocation assistance available, up to $20,000.
• Residency stipend of up to $3,000 per month for a maximum of 24 months during residency.
• Forgivable loan option of up to $200,000.
