You will also identify opportunities to drive continuous cost and cash improvements, foster innovation, and proactively manage risk.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead and support sourcing initiatives by assessing internal customer needs, defining business requirements, executing competitive events, developing total-cost-of-ownership models, negotiating agreements, evaluating and selecting suppliers, supporting contracting, and assisting with implementationDevelop and implement the marketing services procurement strategy and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver cost savings, mitigate inflation, create total value, optimize cash, manage risk, and enable innovationEngage with internal customers to understand their needs and translate them into clear business requirements for enterprise-wide sourcing efforts; identify, prioritize, and manage requirements for current, new, and future activitiesManage supplier relationships by leading quarterly business reviews for key suppliers, monitoring supplier performance, and resolving escalated supplier issuesDeliver objectives aligned with Global Procurement and broader business priorities, including cost, cash, supplier management, customer service, supplier diversity, sustainability, and sales growthDrive a culture of strong performance across the portfolioMaintain and enhance stakeholder collaboration forums and support team performance via maintenance of performance-tracking tools and promote cross-regional collaborationREQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRINGBachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing 5-8 years of directly relevant experience in procurement.
