Position Overview We are seeking digital currency traders to trade with firm-backed capital across cryptocurrency markets. You will apply your edge in crypto trading while benefiting from professional risk management, advanced charting tools, and a supportive community of experienced traders. Location: Atlanta, GA Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments Key Responsibilities Trade global currency and digital asset markets with firm-allocated capital Monitor economic releases, monetary policy decisions, and risk-on/off market regimes Combine technical and fundamental analysis to identify high-probability trade setups Manage exposure across pairs and time horizons with disciplined risk parameters Review session-by-session performance and adjust trading approach based on data Optionally collaborate with fellow currency and crypto traders within the firm Required Qualifications At least 2 years of trading experience in options or currency markets Keen understanding of options Greeks, volatility, or forex market dynamics Discipline to adhere to a structured trading plan and risk management rules Dedicated and coachable with a long‑term commitment to developing your skills Access to a reliable computer and high‑speed internet for daily trading Programming or quantitative skills are welcomed but not required Position Details Independent contractor (1099) role with results‑driven compensation only Profit splits between 60% and 90% based on your firm tier and track record Trade firm capital starting at $50,000, with documented progression to $500,000+ 100% remote position with no office, commute, or in-person requirements Capital and tier reviews occur every two months for active, consistent traders Additional advancement and incentive details shared during interviews Our Work Culture We believe in pairing serious capital with serious discipline.
