PAY
$55,000–$60,000 per year base salary, plus commission

ABOUT NOAH’S POOL SERVICE

Noah’s Pool Service is a customer-first North Texas pool-service company with more than 20 years of experience. We are hiring a polished, relationship-centered Inside Sales Representative to become one of the primary voices of our company.

This is a sales role with significant customer-experience responsibility. You will turn timely, thoughtful conversations into confident customers, booked work, and long-term relationships.

About 5,000 important customer and prospect conversations occur across our business each year. You will play a key role in making sure those opportunities receive responsive follow-up, sound judgment, and a clear next step.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond promptly and professionally to new leads, calls, texts, emails, and follow-up opportunities
• Guide customers from their first inquiry through estimates, follow-up, and a clear next step
• Build trust, resolve concerns, and help customers choose the right pool-service solution
• Maintain accurate customer notes, sales activity, and follow-up in our systems
• Coordinate clear handoffs between customers, office staff, and field teams
• Meet goals for response time, estimate follow-up, conversion, booked revenue, and customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Two or more years of success in inside sales, customer experience, home services, or another relationship-driven service business
• Proven ability to influence decisions and convert opportunities into sales without being pushy
• Excellent phone, text, email, and in-person communication skills
• Strong organization, CRM discipline, and follow-through
• A calm, professional, and helpful presence with customers
• Home-services or pool-industry experience is preferred, but not required

COMPENSATION AND TIME OFF

• Base salary of $55,000–$60,000, based on relevant experience
• Target annual commission opportunity of $20,000–$30,000 at target performance
• Target total annual earnings of $75,000–$90,000
• Commission is governed by a written commission plan
• Two weeks of paid time off annually
• We do not currently offer group health-insurance or retirement benefits

Noah has been in the pool cleaning business for over 20 years. He started the business before working through college and has grown the company to serving the areas from Grapevine to Mansfield and Burleson to Eagle Mountain Lake.

When Noah isn’t running the pool service company, He enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and 5 children, being a leader at his church, and helping out on his family’s farm. He is a Passionate follower of Jesus Christ and he strives to love others as himself.

As a 2nd generation pool cleaning company, Noah is very knowledgeable about the pool industry and considers himself blessed to have grown up working in the trade.

His goal is to make pool services fair, simple, and excellent for everyone!
