Rooms To Go is hiring a Furniture Service Tech to support our large-scale retail and delivery operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll inspect, assemble, and repair furniture in our showrooms, warehouses, and customer homes, ensuring every piece meets company quality and safety standards. You’ll handle touch-ups, upholstery and frame repairs, hardware replacements, and adjustments using hand and power tools. Working closely with sales, customer service, and logistics teams, you’ll troubleshoot issues, document repairs, and communicate clearly with customers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
