SAP QM Consultant - Manufacturing & Quality

Primary Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing and Quality workstream activities and process improvements.
• Harmonize Usage Decision (UD) codes and related stock control processes across plants and business units.
• Standardize UD codes to improve process consistency, inventory accuracy, and quality governance.
• Identify, enable, and validate change log functionality in Plant Maintenance and other relevant SAP workstreams to support compliance and audit requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for GEP SAP processes across Manufacturing and Quality workstreams.
• Stabilize and enhance UD code validation for batches during interplant transfers and release processes.
• Implement system controls to ensure only approved and released batches are eligible for shipment.
• Enhance validation checks across shipping and transfer processes to prevent movement of unreleased, rejected, or noncompliant batches.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure effective SAP QM process execution.
• Support testing, validation, documentation, and deployment of process enhancements.
