Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Florida SLP licensure or eligibility
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) status
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability for onsite, hybrid, or travel roles
• Passion for working within a collaborative, student-centered environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment and therapy services to a diverse student population
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district and state regulations
• Support students in achieving their communication goals
