Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien and Nutrien Ag Solutions.What You'll Do:Accountable for overall operations of location (warehousing, logistics, inventory)Plan, direct, and manage multi shift distributionOversee field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenanceDevelop and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service within the distributionLead and develop a high performing team to meet goals and work with a cross functional mindsetProvide customer service for internal and external customersEnsure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing Company standards and following up on regular safety inspectionsWhat You'll Bring:5+ years of relevant management experience in vocational agricultural or a combination in supervisory, education, and work experienceAgricultural based degree desiredWillingness to travel to include market areas in other statesExcellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)Nutrien is an equal opportunity employer.
