Communication and time management is vital. Construction experience is a plus. IICRC continuing education credits are provided and paid for.The Lead Disaster Restoration Technician must be able to perform all aspects of water, fire, mold, sewage, board-up and cleaning jobs with direction from the Mitigation Manager. Job requires a on call rotation for 24-hour emergency services that includes after hours emergency pay and bonuses! Must be willing and able to show up on time, drive company vehicles and maintain a neat and clean look that represents ServiceMaster by F.E.S. in a professional manner.
