Responsibilities

• Answer and professionally direct incoming phone calls
• Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly, polished manner
• Organize and distribute inbound and outbound mail
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Assist with day-to-day office organization and other duties as needed
• Work collaboratively with the team to help create an efficient, welcoming office environment
