JOB OVERVIEW: The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing support for payroll-related inquiries. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to employees. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Payroll Processing: Compliance & Record Keeping: Employee Support: Audit & Reconciliation: System Management: WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Base salary range: $50K-60K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
