Job Title: Neuro ICU/IMCU RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Neuro ICU/IMCU Duration: Permanent/Full-Time Shift: Varies Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty License: Active nursing license Certifications: Relevant certifications required Must-Have: Strong neuro experience Description: This position involves working in both ICU and stepdown settings. Floating between the two units is likely. The patient-to-nurse ratio in ICU is 1-2. In the stepdown unit, the ratio is 3-4. Candidates should have a solid background in neuro nursing. A work history/resume with no gaps greater than 60 days is required. A skills checklist and references must be included. Candidates need to provide certification cards and Nursys license verification.
