Job Description Job Description Description of role: Our physical therapy clinic is in need of a Pelvic Health Physical / Occupational Therapist. East Tennessee Spine and Sport has the largest pelvic health program offering in the East Tennessee area. We're looking for a compassionate, forward-thinking Pelvic Health Physical Therapist who excels at assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses and devising creative but effective treatment plans. This position will consist of a 100% pelvic health case load. We operate a patient focused environment with encouragement to achieve their goals. Tasks: * Evaluate new patients and conditions to ensure appropriate care * Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients * Communicate and coordinate with patients' physicians to ensure a consistent level of care * Exercise independent judgment based on experience to implement effective treatment combinations * Report on patients' progress * Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries * Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations Skills and Requirements: * <1 years professional PT experience (new graduates encouraged) * Valid state Physical Therapist license * Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success * Basic computer skills * CPR and first aid certification required Work Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday, evening and early morning availability required Benefits: * 100% Medical and Vision Insurance coverage for employee * 401k offering * 3 weeks Paid Time Off (increases with tenure) * Continuing Education Allowance Annually Salary: Based on experience Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Medical Specialty: * Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday License/Certification: * Physical Therapy License * Occupational Therapy License Ability to Relocate: * Lenoir City, TN 37771: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
