As a key member of our sales force, you will leverage your technical understanding of ERISA matters to drive revenue growth through sales of our TPA services. This role offers the unique opportunity to step into many active lead sources, focusing on expanding our client base in the Texas territory. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of retirement plan structures, compliance, and regulations, enabling effective consultation with Advisors, Attorneys, CPAs, and other relevant stakeholders. Responsibilities Collaborate with existing leads and actively prospect for new opportunities within the defined territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Advisors, Attorneys, CPAs, and other intermediaries to drive sales growth. Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their retirement plan needs and demonstrate the value of our TPA services. Leverage your technical expertise in ERISA matters to provide consultative guidance and ensure client plans are compliant and optimized. Articulate complex retirement plan concepts in a clear and persuasive manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with the internal team to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of clients within the target market of $0 - $100M+ in assets. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
