Chemical Blender / Production Operator – 3rd Shift

$20–$25/hr based on experience | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 11:30 PM–8:00 AM

An established chemical manufacturer in Butler County, Ohio , near I-75/I-275, is looking for a dependable Chemical Blender / Production Operator to join their team.

This is a permanent, full-time position with an opportunity to build long-term experience in chemical manufacturing. Training is provided .

What You'll Do

• Safely manufacture cleaners and specialty chemical products
• Measure, mix, and transfer raw materials according to established procedures
• Operate pumps, tanks, scales, and other production equipment
• Handle, store, monitor, and transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials
• Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Monitor equipment and materials throughout the production process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate with team members to keep production running efficiently
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work 3rd shift: 11:30 PM–8:00 AM, Monday–Friday
• Ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Preferred Experience

The following experience is a plus, but not required :

• Chemical manufacturing or chemical blending
• Production or manufacturing
• Industrial equipment operation
• Forklift operation
• Mixing, batching, or processing
• Working with pumps, tanks, scales, or similar equipment
• Experience working around hazardous materials
