Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• 12 months of travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• BSN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Surgical patient experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Six months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting

Required Credentials: Will be required to take Dysrhythmia exam at orientation

Preferred Credentials: Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification RN-BC

Unit/Facility Details: We are a typical med surg unit, some remote telemetry patients that are monitored by a monitor tech

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday

7 days maximum time off

2 references required from within the last 2 years

Proof of identification required for submission
