Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional check-in experience Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs accurately using hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate guest account records Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment Requirements Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred, hospitality experience a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency; hotel property management system (PMS) experience is a bonus Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor High school diploma or equivalent required #J-18808-Ljbffr Comfort In -Camp Verde Arizona
