Mental Health Clinician

RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunity for a skilled clinician to join our team at SunRISE Retreat. A successful candidate will enjoy supporting 8-12 residents during their up to 28 day stay with us, as they work toward recovery from a mental health diagnosis. RISE offers a clinician: A starting range of $60,000 – $70,000 per year $1,500 bonus after 6 months of employment A generous time off package: In your 1st year, earn up to 4 weeks of combined vacation and holiday time, 3 weeks of combined sick and personal time, and a day off for your birthday Medical, Dental, Vision, and many other benefits A family friendly atmosphere with wellness time, paid lunch hours, and recognition for your hard work and achievements An opportunity to advance your career in a growing organization that likes to promote from within Overview of Job Responsibilities: Providing psychotherapy services to residents as needed Facilitate community meetings and group counseling sessions Acclimating residents to physical surroundings, program philosophy and expectations Participating in crisis intervention Complying with all relevant regulations governing the program Must be a LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC/MHC, and have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in the care of individuals living with SMI An ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow your training Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Our shared belief system in areas such as compassion, respect, positivity, and inclusion Successful completion of RISE background checks, a valid driver’s license and a driving history acceptable to the RISE automobile policy RISE Housing and Support Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
