Job Title: Bartender

Job Type: Part-time

Location: Free Parking, 6200 Hamilton Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45224

Job Overview: As a member of the Bar Team at Free Parking, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests. Our bar menu includes themed signature cocktails, local craft beer & national favorites, and full back bar to make all the classics and more.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to all guests seated at the bar by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction

- Manage service tickets and specialty drink requests

- Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with company standards and recipes

- Maintain clean work stations and glassware

- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and fellow team members

Requirements:

- Applicants must be over the age of 21

- Previous bartending experience is a must

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Interest and experience with Board Games is a bonus, but not required.
