Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel—delicious and essential. Responsibilities What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader? Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. We empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team. They provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve and in keeping a safe and clean store environment. As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to rise like one of our bagels and grow your career. Many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.
