As a Logistics Payroll Administrator, you'll help power Maverik's transportation operation by ensuring driver payroll is accurate, load and billing information is complete, and critical fleet documentation stays organized. This role directly impacts driver payroll, customer invoicing, and transportation operations. By ensuring payroll data, load information, and fleet records are accurate and timely, you'll help support the people, processes, and partnerships that keep Maverik moving. Location/Schedule:
This hybrid role is based at our Logistics office in Woods Cross, Utah. Team Members will work fully onsite during the training period before transitioning to a hybrid schedule. Flexible scheduling is available for candidates seeking between 25 and 40 hours per week.

Position Summary & Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Process driver payroll by established deadlines, including load entry, payroll adjustments, discrepancy research, and issue resolution.
• Audit transportation orders and load data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies that could impact payroll or invoicing.
• Partner with drivers, operations teams, and leadership to research and resolve data issues in a timely manner.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions through invoice processing, load summaries, documentation tracking, and reimbursement administration.
• Receive, organize, verify, and maintain transportation paperwork to ensure customer invoicing is accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
• Manage fleet-related administrative functions, including fuel cards, permits, registrations, licensing documentation, and employee uniform programs.

You’ll be a great fit for this adventure if you have:

• 1+ year of payroll, accounting support, administrative, or related business experience.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while managing repetitive, high-volume work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally handle confidential information.
• A proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, identify issues proactively, and follow through on solutions.

Bonus points if you also bring:

• Transportation, logistics, dispatch, or fleet administration experience.
• Experience with payroll processing, accounts payable, billing, or invoicing in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with ERP, dispatch, or transportation management systems and experience handling confidential financial or employee data.

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $21.80/hr - $26.00/hr +DOE+ Bonus Opportunities The above pay range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining compensation offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
