Piping Designer

Piping DesignerRequired Skills & Experience: 8-12 years of experience as a Piping Designer in industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or oil & gas environments. Proficient with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, CADWorx 3D, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Strong understanding of multi-discipline design drawings, including mechanical, structural, piping, plumbing, drainage, and plant/facility design. Experience working within 3D modeling environments, utilizing Xrefs and coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines. Knowledge of BIM workflows and model coordination processes. Familiarity with a variety of piping systems, equipment layouts, and facility design practices. Strong understanding of piping standards, industry codes, and design best practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
