Director of Strength and Conditioning

Job Description
Director of Strength and Conditioning position includes running a growing sports performance program at Cutting Edge Fitness in Fairmont, MN.
Cutting Edge Fitness has a year round program that grown significantly over the last 14 years. Our flagship "Speed Performance" program is a small group sports performance program that has over 300 total athletes from ages 6+. This is a comprehensive program that runs 5 days a week with a ton of anticipation of growth.
This position will also include all personal training sessions with athletes and general population clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage all athlete rosters and parent interactions
Programming workouts for all athletes
Managing our roster of coaches
Marketing
Requirements
4 year degree preferred
Active Certification (CSCS, NSCA-CPT, or similar)
