Assembly Lead $26+/HR | Monday-Friday | 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Lead a team of 10 installers in a fast-paced production environment assembling and installing A/C systems. This is a hands-on leadership role with excellent benefits, annual raises, paid holidays, and strong long-term stability.

• Lead and support a team of approximately 10 assemblers/installers.
• Oversee installation of A/C systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and ductwork.
• Read blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met.
• Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools daily.
• Assist with troubleshooting, assembly, and light mechanical work as needed.

• 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Assembly, manufacturing, automotive, or mechanical experience.
• Strong blueprint reading and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Positive leadership style and strong communication skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Tulsa,OK.
