Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, and fixtures.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and other necessary items.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure facilities meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management.
• Assist with minor facility upkeep and organization tasks as needed.
• Follow all company cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and policies.
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support special cleaning projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education & Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Possible overtime may be required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion.
• Ability to lift and move supplies or equipment as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred (not required).
