Furnace Operator (Experienced)

Our company is seeking an experienced Melter/Furnace Operators multiple shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for melting and pouring aluminum and magnesium into sand molds , ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
We offer competitive pay , a 20% shift differential for the 9am-5:30pm shift , and an excellent benefits package . - Minimum of 2 years of experience in pouring or foundry work
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
Up to $28.00 per hour based on experience
