Associate Regional Director

We are seeking an Associate Regional Director (Internal Wholesaler) to drive advisor engagement and business development across the New York territory. Working in close partnership with an experienced External Wholesaler, this role focuses on building and owning advisor relationships, running virtual meetings, and driving net sales and cash flow within the territory.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, resilient communicator who thrives on high-volume outreach and genuinely enjoys building relationships. This is a sales-driven role with significant ownership, not administrative support, and a clear runway to External Wholesaler and other corporate opportunities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with an External Wholesaler to develop, manage, and grow advisor relationships across the New York territory.
• Own significant advisor relationships, serving as a key point of contact and running frequent virtual advisor meetings.
• Drive high outbound activity to engage financial advisors, introduce products, and identify sales opportunities.
• Execute territory planning and strategy in coordination with your External Wholesaler partner.
• Support advisors with product knowledge, resources, and responsive service to deepen firm relationships.
• Contribute to net cash flow and sales growth through consistent, proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of advisor interactions and territory activity.
• Travel as needed for advisor meetings and events (typically once per quarter).
• Stay current on products, markets, and industry developments while adhering to regulatory and firm policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5 years of experience in financial services (junior advisory, banking, client service, internal sales, or wholesaling backgrounds welcome).
• Series 7 & 66 preferred upon hire, or willingness to obtain within the licensing window (licensing support provided).
• Highly motivated sales personality: energetic, proactive, and resilient.
• Comfortable with rejection and high outbound activity, with the thick skin the New York territory requires.
• Strong communicator with a genuine desire to build relationships.
• Team-oriented, working effectively alongside an External Wholesaler.

Compensation is competitive, with a base salary plus incentive structure. Monthly commission payouts, quarterly cash flow incentives, and strong upside for top performers.
