We Offer Compensation: Listed pay of $25 to $55 per session, with base pay plus earning potential tied to class attendance and class size. Perks: Oppotunities for continued education and access to CEC training to support professional growth and maintain certifications Flexible Scheduling: we understand that life happens and work to build schedules that support both studio needs and personal responsibilities Studio Membership and Discounts: Access a free Studio Membership plus product discounts Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts Help members set and achieve goals Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart‑rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout Requirements No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification. We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
