We manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, and as we expand, we're looking for talented, people-first professionals to help us raise the bar on quality and service.What You'll Do:Resident ExperienceBe the go-to person for resident concerns and requests, resolving them quickly to keep satisfaction highGreet prospective residents, lead community tours, and handle leasing duties from first contact to signed leaseAnswer incoming calls from prospective and current residents, vendors, and suppliersDistribute company and community-wide notices (weather alerts, emergencies, etc.)Community & Resident EngagementDesign and run resident engagement initiatives — community events, promotions, newsletters, and moreUse smart marketing strategies to attract and secure new residentsWalk the property regularly, spot-check for litter or maintenance needs, and inspect move-outs and vacanciesOperations & ReportingKeep resident records accurate and current — daily updates on rent, deposits, and application feesIssue notices when needed (late payments, evictions, returned checks)Track lease renewals, terminations, and move-out activity, reporting daily to the Community DirectorSupport the Community Director in understanding financial goals and shaping budgetsStay current on Federal and Local Fair Housing regulationsPerform other duties as assignedWhat You Bring:2+ years of residential community management experience (preferred)Familiarity with property-management platforms like Yardi, AvidXchange, NetVendor, and RentCafé (preferred)Comfort with Microsoft Office and general computer systemsValid driver's license and auto insurance (personal vehicle may be used occasionally)Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background checkBenefits:Health, Vision, and Dental InsurancePaid Time OffHealth Savings AccountBasic and Voluntary Life InsuranceShort- and Long-Term DisabilityOpportunities for promotion within the companySPM is an equal opportunity employer, and we welcome candidates from all backgrounds to apply. $25.00 - $25.00 Hourly
