You are comfortable working through ambiguity, asking thoughtful questions, and communicating clear insights that support meaningful outcomes.We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:5+ years of experience in external and/or internal audit, technical accounting, or claims within the re/insurance industrySolid knowledge of (re)insurance value chain and administration process including its governance frameworks, risk landscape, and control environmentsStrong understanding of governance processes and controls, with the ability to evaluate their effectiveness across complex organizational structuresUniversity degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent)Exceptional verbal and written communication skills able to convey complex findings clearly and persuasively to diverse audiencesThese are additional nice to haves:Experience with data analytics tools or automationFamiliarity with L&H and/or P&C reinsurance products, processes, and market dynamicsProfessional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or equivalentExperience engaging with various stakeholders and communicating audit observations clearly and professionallyHighly organized, natural self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and tight timelines while maintaining qualityA collaborative approach with the ability to listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and work effectively across different levels of the organizationOur company operates under a hybrid work model, with the expectation that employees will work from the office three days per week every week. Please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship/visa transfers/visa extension or relocation support.The estimated base salary range for this position is $86,000 to $144,000. The specific salary offered for this, or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget.
