Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED.

Experience Requirements: 2+ years of office administrative experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Municipal/public sector experience is highly desirable. Proficient computer skills using Microsoft 365. Bilingual in Spanish.

Job Duties:

• Provide friendly and professional front desk customer service to visitors, employees, and community members.
• Help manage important city documents, including ordinances, resolutions, contracts, claims, and other official records.
• Perform a variety of office support tasks while handling confidential information with care.
• Write and prepare letters, reports, emails, and other communications for the office.
• Schedule meetings, contact attendees, and share follow-up information on time.
• Use office equipment and computer software to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain strong skills in document management systems, word processing programs, and public records request portals.
• Process department purchase requests and manage invoices for payment.
• Review billing records and bank statements to ensure accuracy and support financial compliance.
