Junior Business Analyst

PLEASE NOTE: It is a 100% onsite position inTrenton, NJ. All Positions are Onsite, full time, for one year and extendable to 4 more years. ROLE SUMMARY: The Junior Business Analyst supports the Senior BA in functional tasks, including documentation, meeting minutes, and software testing. Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Document meeting minutes during weekly status meetings. Provide functional support during Requirements Definition. Author Detailed Design documentation. Provide functional expertise during Development and Testing processes. MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM): Certification: Business Architect in Pega 7 (or newer). Certification: Product Owner in the SCRUM Agile methodology. At least six months to one year of experience in each of the following: Supporting environmental projects in the public sector. Supporting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions. Working with Atlassian’s JIRA Project Management Software. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience with Client's Systems (NJEMS, RSP, OPRATS, etc.).
