Duration: 8 weeks
Schedule:

• 1 to 2 days per week
• 2 to 7 hours per event or site visit
• No guaranteed minimum days or hours
• Schedule varies weekly with potential short-notice changes

Responsibilities:

• Administer flu vaccinations at onsite corporate flu shot clinics for local businesses
• Travel to assigned client sites across Cleveland’s East and West sides
• Utilize Epic software as required during clinic events
• Represent the health system professionally at various corporate locations

Required Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist License in good standing
• Current BLS certification
• Current Immunization delivery certification
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSP) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Epic system experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• PharmD degree preferred
• Prior flu clinic or immunization event experience preferred
