Job Description

Lead Automation Engineer, Robotics (NICE Systems, Inc; Hoboken, NJ): Manage automation solutions for onboarding customers from on-prem to Azure Cloud, focusing on data ingestion, cloud workflow automation, and infrastructure reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement custom deployments and data migrations to Azure-based product suites. Design, develop, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for customer onboarding, deployment, and testing processes, using both attended and unattended workflows. Integrate proprietary applications with customer on-prem and cloud-based third-party tools to ingest, transform, store, and validate data. Enhance cloud monitoring and self-healing capabilities. Ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security. Track task efforts, identify scope and effort variances early, and escalate issues as needed. Apply best practices, quality standards, and guidelines throughout all project phases.
