Redeemer Health is seeking a Hospice Visiting LPN to provide safe, holistic care to patients with multiple chronic illnesses under the guidance of the Hospice RN. The LPN will be part of a compassionate home care team, delivering patient- and family-centered support in the home setting. Candidates should have 2–3 years of acute or post-acute experience, a valid LPN license, CPR, and a willingness to travel within the service area.
