Senior Data & Reporting Analyst

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.

IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent.

Experience:

Three (3) to five (5) years related IT experience in a Business Analyst role.

Analytics and reporting business analyst experience is strongly preferred.

Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of SQL and/or Teradata or other reporting tools / languages.

Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, IF Statements, conditional formatting, charts).

Experience in statistical and quantitative methods.

Excellent technical skills to process large quantities of data in an error-free manner.

Manage competing resources and priorities.

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Strong problem and solution identification and resolution.

Ability to work as part of a collaborative team in order to be successful.

Pro-active, have initiative and ability to reach out to ensure tasks and deliverables are met, risks and mitigation strategies uncovered.

Ability to effectively direct the flow of meetings and other conversations.

Proven ability of following through on commitments.

Ability to communicate with confidence, build relationships through inspiring trust and sharing information and be able to challenge assumptions.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration
